I got a planner at the beginning of this semester so it could help me remember any assignments that need to be done or any test that might come up soon. I am really bad at remembering things especially when it comes to homework. Last semester, I would forget when something was due and when I would check if I had anything due, the deadline would be right around the corner. I figured that having a planner this semester would make things different and I wouldn’t miss anything. At the beginning of the semester it went good because I would check my planner everyday and finish my work on time and most of the time I would finish it really early. But as the days went on, I slowly stopped checking my planner. At first I would check it twice a week but then I just kept forgetting to check my planner to see if I had any deadlines coming up soon. I feel like it’s because I am still not use to having a planner. I’ve never had a planner and I thought that getting one will make everything easier for me and it did because I turned my assignments on time. Having a planner is really helpful for me but I just need to get use to checking my planner regularly. I think that if I just keep my planner and try to remind myself to check my planner more regularly, I will eventually get use to it and I won’t have any problems looking at my planner.

Can It Be Spring Break Already?
Spring break is in two week and I am so happy about it. Even though I am probably going to do some work over spring break I am happy that I won’t be stressing too much about school. This semester most of my classes have been a little difficult. I’ve had more test this semester and I am ready for a break even if it’s only one week. I feel that since it’s spring break I won’t have to do too much work than what I would do if I had class. I am definitely going to try and catch up on some studying in some of my classes. On spring break I am also going to use that time to film a music video that I have to recreate for my digital media class since I haven’t started it, and it’s going to be due the week right after spring break. Now, thinking more about it, I think it’ll be better if I start it before spring break so I can just use spring break to edit and film again clips that might need to be better. I want to finish most of my school work before spring break so I don’t have a lot of work during spring break. I also want to enjoy my spring break and I don’t want to stress a lot over school work. I just want it to be spring break already. Thinking about it now, after spring break there's only going to be like a month left of school and then I’ll be done with my second semester.

Getting Distracted
Lately, I’ve been getting distracted too much when doing my work. I’ll go on my phone and go on all my social media or Youtube and spend an hour just being on my phone. I really need to stop getting distracted when doing my work because I waste a lot of time that could otherwise be useful. In high school I also got distracted. I would look at my phone and then I’ll just start watching a movie or go on youtube like I’ve also been doing recently. Since I didn’t do nothing about using my phone and getting distracted I continued doing that when I started college, last semester. I procrastinated a lot and was always on my phone when I had to be doing my school work. The beginning of this semester, I started out good. Every time, I would check if I had any school work to do, if I did I would leave my phone somewhere where I wouldn’t be able to see it. It worked out pretty good because I always ended up finishing my work early and then I would use the rest of my time watching TV shows. But lately I’ve been wanting to have my phone with me at all times. Doing this blog I got distracted like 3 times and spent more time working on this, then I was suppose to. I have to start leaving my phone away from me again so I’ll start getting use to not using my phone while doing my homework. Then maybe later on, I’ll be able to finish my school work without any distractions.

Not Enough Sleep
Lately I have been feeling really tired because I haven't been going to sleep late and wake up early. I have classes on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's and on all those days I start class at 9:15. I wake up at 6:30 so I can leave my house at 7:30 since it takes me 45 minutes to get to school so I can be on time for my first class. On Monday’s I get out at 5:40, on Wednesday’s I get out at 8:40 and on Friday’s I get out at 1:50. I feel that I have been getting less sleep lately because either I have to finish homework or study. I feel like on Wednesday I come home really tired because my whole day I have been at school. I get out on Wednesday’s at 8:40 and have to drive 45 minutes to Tracy and at the time that I get home I feel really exhausted. Even though I don’t have school on Tuesday’s or Thursday’s I still don’t sleep in because I have to wake up at 7 to take my sister to school. On those days that I don’t have school I spend most of the day doing a lot of homework which most of the homework that I do on that day is from my Anthropology class, the class that ends at 8:40. I feel like I have to be more organized with my time and have a schedule that I can follow throughout the day like the schedule that we did last semester in this class so I can get more hours of sleep. I feel that I need to have more sleep so I don’t feel exhausted or tired anymore and I can do good on the exam coming soon.
