Not long ago in english class we watched a documentary that talked about food. Since I watched that movie I started to make some changes in what I eat. I eat less junk food now and I eat more fruits and vegetables. When I started college, I ate a lot of unhealthy foods in school. I have two days of the week were I get out late so I have to eat in school. I knew that I wasn’t eating healthy but I still ate those unhealthy foods anyway. Now, I bring my lunch to school instead of eating in school. I only eat at school when I don't have time to make my lunch. Eating healthy is a big part of staying healthy but doing exercises is also a big part of being healthy. I use to workout but then I stopped for a little while. After I watched the documentary I have been working out more. I feel much better now that I eat a little more healthy than I used to. One of the most interesting part of the documentary talked about that flavor water and juice have more sugar than a soda. I use to drink either juice or flavored water a lot. I thought that those drink were better than if I were to drink soda. But after I watched the documentary I eliminated those drinks and instead I drink water. Now that I have eliminated unhealthy foods in what I eat I feel better and less tired. I am glad that I made those chances in what I eat.

I've also been eating more healthily since I watched the documentary. I've made an effort to eat more greens. Hopefully some day soon greens will be most of my diet. I haven't switched exclusively to water yet. For a beverage I drink watered down lemonade which isn't as bad as pure lemonade or soda.
